Job Description:
    This key position will manage the production operations at a production cell, including all available materials and human resources, in a timely manner to produce a quality product with customer satisfaction for the entire line of products manufactured. Possess excellent leadership, communication and organization skills. The successful candidate must possess qualities to maintain the high demands of this fast growing industry including.

Requirements:
    MUST have experience from paper printing on converting industry and be bilingual English/Spanish. Relevant industries include bag manufacturing, paper or cardboard folding. Must be mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities:

•     Consults with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards.

• Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products.

• Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product formulations, and operating or production problems.

• Manage and develop a team of 40

• Support the plant manager in the operation of this manufacturing facility in a manner that promotes employee safety, housekeeping and compliance with environmental standards.

• Ensure the procedures defined in our quality system are followed in the manufacturing operations.

• Provide for timely and economical shipment of the product to the customer.

• Incorporate shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
• Be a leader and teacher at all times.
